After you have made a decision on which label pack(s) you wish to purchase, fill the form to personalise your labels by including details in these fields:
-Text Line 1 (12 characters max) – First and/or Last name
-Text Line 2 (12 characters max) – Last name / telephone number
NOTE: Allergy label bundle has only 8 icons that can be used. These are listed as the last 8 Design options.
If you are ordering multiple packs, please make sure you add and deposit the value of all the label packs and shipping charges (if applicable) correctly for the order to be processed.
