What’s different about Precious Labels product range?
Our entire range of sticky labels is waterproof and heatproof. Our labels are dishwasher safe, microwave safe, laundry and dryer safe. See the product descriptions for detailed information.

Our labels are removable but not reusable.  Please ensure you have the positioning correct before you place your label.

What kind of temperature can these labels handle?
Our range of stick on labels can handle from –40 Degree Celsius to 150 degree Celsius. The labels are safe to run through several microwaves, washing, dishwasher hot/cold cycles.
What are StickOnTags?
Precious Labels introduces StickOnTags Clothing labels. These labels must be applied to a clothing care tag (i.e., the tag with the size and/or washing instructions), and are not guaranteed to stick when placed directly onto the clothing fabric.

Are StickOnTags safe to be used in dryers?
Yes they can! These stickers are designed to handle heat from your dryers.

Can I apply StickOnTags anywhere on the clothing?
No. These labels must only be applied to a clothing care tag (i.e., the tag with the size and/or washing instructions), and are not guaranteed to stick when placed directly onto the clothing fabric.

Please wait for 24 hours before washing/drying your garments for the adhesive to bond firmly with the surface.

How long do these labels last?
The labels are designed to last for a very long time, however we guarantee them for at least 30 days.
Why do I need to wait for 24 hours after I apply my labels?
The super sticky special adhesive requires 24 hours to form a long-lasting bond with the surface.
Do iron on labels stay on?
Iron on labels can be quickly applied and are a lot more durable than they used to be. These labels are also very versatile and work well with most types of fabric. … Since iron-on labels bond almost permanently with the cloth they are attached to, they will last through many washes without peeling off
Can you remove iron on name labels?
Remove the iron and parchment paper. While the label is still warm, use a pair of tweezers to peel a corner of the label. If it comes off easily, peel the entire label off
Are all the labels in the Precious Labels range safe?
Our labels are not a toy and should only be applied by an adult. All of our products are made with high-quality materials and are safe for kids. For any clarifications, contact us at info@preciouslabels.co.nz.
Where can I use the Customised Large, Small, Mini or Round Labels?

Our labels adhere well to hard surfaces like glass, smooth plastic, and metal. 

They don’t adhere well to textured plastics or plastics with an indentation or overly curved surfaces.  Smooth and flat is best.

Our labels don’t adhere well to plastics with a lot of flexibility or movement such as squeezy drink bottles or collapsible lunch boxes.  The flexi-movement of these plastics causes the adhesive to crack creating air bubbles and therefore causing the labels to peel.

We recommend leaving your labels for 24 hours after application before use for maximum adhesion.

Ordering Online and Offline

Can I provide my own design and colours for my labels?

Yes you can. Provide a clear image and send it through to info@preciouslabels.co.nz 

Can I change the background colour for a design I have chosen?

Yes you can, please let us know which background colour you would like after placing the order from the designs provided. Email this to info@preciouslabels.co.nz so we can amend the order.  

Can I add extra characters to my labels?

Yes, you can! Phone us on 09 3930093or email us at info@preciouslabels.co.nz once you have placed the order and we will work to accommodate your request. We will confirm in writing the changes requested on your order. Please remember this may affect the size of the text.

Can I change the order after placing it?

Unfortunately, no. Orders will be processed as they have been placed. If the order has been printed we cannot provide a refund. Please check our Refund Policy. Please email us ASAP at info@preciouslabels.co.nz and we will try to help you.

Can I get different names on one order?

Unfortunately, no. Our setup does not allow us to add two different names to one order. You will will need to make seperate orders for each name. We recommend that you use your surname in the text field to make the order generic for your family to use.

Can I order over the telephone?

Yes! Please contact us 09 3930093 and we are happy to take your order, billing and shipping details. We will confirm the order via email.

Can I order offline and make a bank payment?

Yes! Fill in our Contact us page with the details to place the order. Once payment has been made to our bank account, we will confirm the order and details via email. Please make sure that you put your name as reference when you make the bank transfer.

Why can’t I add items to my cart?
Like many other online merchants, Precious Labels uses cookies to store items in your cart. Cookies are small text files that contain no personal information. If your cart is empty after adding items, your browser is not enabled to accept cookies. Use a search provider or contact us on 09 393 0093 or info@preciouslabels.co.nz for help with enabling cookies.
Do I need to set up an account to order?
No. You can place your order as a guest, however by setting up an account you can log in on your next visit and reorder at the click of a button.
I have forgotten my password, what do I do?
No problems. Simply follow the steps to retrieve your password within the ‘My Account‘ area or Contact our friendly Customer Service team who will help you out.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American express.

Do you save my information?

We may store relevant information used for contacting you in regards to product orders. We also use cookies to personalise and enhance your current and future browsing experiences. We do not store anything that is deemed to be ‘Sensitive Information’. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information.

Postage and Delivery

What are your shipping rates?

We offer standard shipping within New Zealand. For faster delivery methods, please see rates below. Because this is a customised product, please allow 1-4 business days for processing, in addition to the shipping estimates below.

We are not responsible for lost or delayed post for Standard Shipping. We recommend that you use the Tracked Post delivery method to track your order.

Orders with Courier Shipping option are always processed on the next business day.

What are your delivery estimates?

Delivery time depends on the shipping method and delivery dates in your area. Because this is a customised product, please allow 5 business days for processing your order in addition to the shipping estimates shown above.

Yes, absolutely! Our fundraising programmes are easy for all sorts of organisations. Best of all we handle all orders, payments and deliveries.
